“Content design” is the current buzzword in the tech industry for the critical skills that editors practice on a day-to-day basis. In this session, I’ll discuss how we as editors can transfer our skills to the world of tech, as well as some of the tools and techniques I use on a daily basis as a content designer for one of Canada’s major banks.
