Michelle Waitzman is a plain language trainer and consultant. She also writes and edits for businesses, associations, non-profits and specialty publishers. Michelle is on the board of directors of PLAIN: Plain Language Association International and is a member of the Resources and Training Committee of the International Plain Language Federation. She has authored four non-fiction books and lives in Toronto with her husband and two rescue dogs.
